Regular Rate -$100.00 / hour per labourer

Note - a minimum fee of 1.5 hours ($150) applies to jobs that are under 90 minutes labour

Sunday Rate -$150.00 / hour per labourer

Holiday Rate - $200.00 / hour per labourer

Mileage Rates applicable to 0.50 cents / km, both directions, when outside of London

Travel Time applicable to $50.00 / hour per labourer, both directions, when outside of London

50% Premium on same day service requested by client

25% Premium on next day service requested by client

For all clients who request and require a same day or next day service to be completed, and we are able to schedule your project, they will be charged accordingly on top of the hourly rate added to your invoice.

Note: also applicable to holiday and Sunday rates.

If there is no parking available at your address, we will source the closest parking spot available within the time parameters that you require us for. If there is a fee for us to park, it will be charged to the client on your invoice.

Additional fees may include wall fasteners, picture hangers, hardware or equipment needed to complete your project. If this is needed, we will discuss with you prior to using them.
